Our Strata Management Experience

Curtis Strata brings together a team with more than 50 years of industry experience. The firm was established by Paul Curtis in 1998. Paul had worked in Sydney real estate for a number of years before undertaking training and registration to become a Licensed Strata Manager.

Over the next few years, following a move to Ballina, Paul quickly built a reputation as a respected strata professional throughout the Northern Rivers region. Paul established an office in Yamba in 2007 to provide efficient consultations and management to the North Coast of NSW.

Curtis Strata acquired its Kingscliff office in 2011, furthering our commitment to servicing the region. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff continue to provide the highest levels of service in line with strata and community management laws.
